Limited ("the DTC"). The information contained in these paragraphs is important
and shall govern your use of the Website. You may not proceed to or make use of

The Website comprises a directory of information ("the Directory"),
including but not limited to the names and addresses, the overview and description
of, and other information on each DTC Sightholder and its associated companies,
as provided by the relevant Sightholder. The information is provided for general
information purposes only and its accuracy is not guaranteed by DTC.
Whilst DTC endeavours to ensure that the information contained in this Directory
is correct as at the date of publication, no warranty, express or implied, is given
as to the accuracy of the information. DTC does not accept any responsibility or
liability for: (i) any error or omission in respect of such information; (ii) any
changes to such information following the date of publication of the Directory;
or (iii) the availability of any websites, details of which are contained in the
Directory. In addition, DTC does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for
any content, advertising, promotions, services or other materials on or available
from such websites.
To the extent permitted by law, DTC shall not be liable, in contract, tort (including
negligence) or for breach of statutory duty or in any other way for any economic
losses (including, without limitation, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business
or anticipated savings), or any loss of goodwill or reputation, or any special or
indirect or consequential losses suffered or incurred by the user arising out of
or in connection with the information contained in this Directory.
This Directory sets outs information on entities that are DTC Sightholders for the
period 31 March 2008 to 30 March 2011.
These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with English law
and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts,
to which both parties submit.
Access and Content
The DTC shall endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to this Website, but access
may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. The DTC reserves the right
to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the Website
from time to time. All disclaimers, indemnities and exclusions in these Terms shall
survive termination.
The content of this Website is to be used for informational purposes only. If you
enter into any transaction as a result of any information sourced from this Website,
the DTC shall not be liable for any use made of that information or any resultant
transactions, nor shall the DTC be responsible for or involved in that transaction
in any way. The disclaimers set out elsewhere in these terms and conditions shall
apply fully to this paragraph.
In using this Website, you may be linked to websites provided by independent third
parties. If you click-through to any such third party sites, either directly or
indirectly through this Website, you acknowledge and agree that you shall be subject
to the terms and conditions of usage applicable to such third party sites. Any and
all content to which you link, either directly or indirectly, from this Website
will not have been developed, reviewed or monitored by the DTC and the DTC cannot
and does not guarantee or make any representation or warranty, either express or
implied, as to the accuracy, validity, sequence, timeliness, completeness or continued

the content of such third party sites nor does it claim any trade association with
the proprietors of such third party sites.
Cookies
The DTC uses cookies on the Website to store session ID which expires when you leave
the Website. A cookie is a small piece of information that is stored on your computer
in the form of a file. You have options with regard to cookies. By changing the
settings of your browser, you may opt to accept cookies, to be informed when a cookie
is being placed on your PC, or to reject all cookies. Please consult the manual
for your browser. If you choose to reject cookies, you may not be able to access
certain areas of the Website.
Data Tracking
The DTC uses WebTrends reporting to monitor user traffic to the Website. WebTrends
uses the log files generated by the web server to generate information such as numbers
of users and pages accessed. The DTC does not track individuals.
Copyright Notice
All rights, including copyright and database rights in this Directory are and shall
remain vested in the DTC.
The information in this Directory is for general information purposes only. Reproduction
by the user of the whole of the Directory is strictly prohibited. Users, except
for USA Users, are however permitted to download extracts from the online version
of the Directory as follows:
i. only individual pages of the Directory are downloaded and/or printed from the
Directory up to a maximum of 5 pages in any week;
ii. information from the Directory is used for the user's business use only;
iii. no information from the Directory is to be modified in any way;
iv. no information from the Directory is to be used in breach of the Data Protection
Act 1998 (or any amendments or updates thereto);
v. the contents of the Directory may be saved to disk or otherwise stored in a private
electronic retrieval system or may be printed provided that: (a) such use is for
the user's own business use only; (b) such contents are deleted from any disk or
private electronic retrieval system after 30 days from when it was saved or stored;
